How to do I place an order?
With us ordering will be fun and easy for you. You just need to click on the cigarettes that you want and then put them into your shopping basket. You can also remove something out of your basket should you wish to do so by clicking on ‘remove’. When you are through with your shopping you can then click on the ‘purchase now’ button. You will then need to fill out a form and we in turn check to see if your credit card is approved. Once your order is shipped we will send you an email.


How will be my personal information protected?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, just as it is for you. We never have and never will sell our client list to anyone. We also explicitly state that we do not keep any list of credit card numbers at our company.


What are the methods of payment that you accept?
Electronic check or Visa credit card only. All the prices of our products are in US dollars only.


How long does it take for an order to get processed?
Orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours, if the orders are placed on a business day. This would take longer if the orders are placed on a holiday or a weekend.


How long should I wait before I get my order?
America – 2-3 weeks
Other parts of the world – 1-3 weeks
In the case of an extremely unlikely event of your order being delayed during shipping, you can let us know and we will do our level best to trace your order. In case your package is not traced even after 25 days, our store will then declare it stolen or lost. We guarantee that in case of your order being declared stolen or lost, we will happily replace your order, free of cost or refund the amount that you had paid towards the order.


Is a shipping tobacco product legal?
Yes. It is legal. For instance in America under the Universal Postal Convention of September 1999 shipping tobacco by mail is legal. There are 189 other countries which also agree to this.


Am I required to pay duty tax as and when my order arrives?
If you are in America, then you need not pay duty tax.
In case you live elsewhere, duty taxes may be applied according to the rules prevalent in the country you live in.


What is the mail service that you use? Is there by any chance any other way whereby I can get my order delivered faster?
Registered Mail is our preferred mail service using which we ship all our orders. There is no other shipping service that we use.


How much do you charge as shipping rates?
We do not charge any shipping rate. It is free.


Why is that I have received only a part of my order?
In case you have a substantially large order, we usually ship it in separate boxes. There are certain regulations in place which stipulate that only one box per customer per day can be shipped.


What about your refund policy?
We are committed to excellence in customer service. We are not satisfied until and unless you are satisfied 100%. Just in case of any unlikely event of a problem, you can get in touch with our customer support department through email with RETURN mentioned in the subject line. Kindly mention your order number and the particular product that you were not happy with and the reason in your email. If at all your order is declared stolen or lost as described in our terms of use document, then you will be given the choice of a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
