Age Limit
If you want to buy products from our store, you must be of the legal smoking age. In most of the places this legal age is 18 and above. You can always check with the state laws where you are a resident. By placing an order with us, you are implying that you are of the legal smoking age in the state that you live in. Misrepresenting the age is considered a felony and you can be prosecuted for the same.

All products that are sold at our store are meant only for personal use and should not be resold under any circumstance.
Products
We always strive to give you the tobacco product that you want. Whenever due to some unforeseen or unavoidable reasons, this is not possible, we will definitely keep you informed either by email or over telephone. We are not responsible in any way for the unavailability of any particular product or products. In the most unlikely even of the product that you wanted being unavailable with us, we will offer the particular customer a credit note or a refund.
Goods Deliver
Once customers place orders with us, all of them are shipped registered mail and importantly, MUST be signed upon delivery. In the highly unlikely event of you finding that your order is late, you can always email us quoting your order number. Just in case you do not have the order number with you, then you can always provide us with your name, address and the exact date on which you made your order with us. We will do our best in order to track your order for you. In the highly unlikely event of your order being not tracked, we will gladly replace your order, absolutely free of charge, after the passage of 25 days, from the day you placed your order.

In the case of an extremely unlikely event of your order being delayed during shipping, you can let us know and we will do our level best to trace your order. In case your package is not traced even after 25 days, our store will then declare it stolen or lost. We guarantee that in case of your order being declared stolen or lost, we will happily replace your order, free of cost or refund the amount that you had paid towards the order.
Shipping information
All your orders placed on regular business days will be shipped within 24 hours once your credit card has been validated. Just in case your order has been split into two or more packages, we will mail one package per business day, so that they may arrive at your preferred destination on different days. In order to provide the products with the best protection and also to provide you with our best service, all our orders are shipped by Registered Mail only.
Return Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the condition, content or the quality of an order, then they can let us know and we will in turn give the return instructions. Orders must be returned unused within 10 days in order to get a credit on your credit card or for a replacement order. In such situations the customer is responsible for arranging for the return of the order and all the postage which will not be reimbursed.
